You guys have a great program, the only 2 things that I would switch up is; for the coach pitch baseball is to remove the batting tee from behind the batter for warming up and replace it with a Skiz Huricane batting device. Where the ball swings in a circle. The other thing is to reserve a feild for the teams to practice one night during the week if they wanted to conduct an additional (non-mandatory) practice. Other than that it is truly a great program with the main interests that the kids have fun while learning in an positive environment.
