Giving to 10 to help boost the NPS score. Honest feedback: From a coaching perspective, the refs could use more training. I truly don’t mind helping out the staff while I am there coaching but the biggest issue I see with the refs is them not being loud and vocal, they can be very quiet when blowing the whistle and don’t take ownership of the game. (I constantly have to remind them to let us sub for water breaks or to blow the whistle when the quarter is over) I’m sure with time, the refs will learn to be more comfortable on the field

I like that it's a relaxed setting and that you teach core values each week. I really like that the blonde helps monitor the baseball games and is helpful and encouraging.

Love how my kid loves being apart. They get to make their team names, their confidence levels grow as they go and it’s built for them to slowly improve.

Communication from the league is very good - even just the automated reminders each week for the game. I also love that the program is built around only one hour per week. 30 minutes of practice and immediately 30 minutes of game is perfect for the younger kids and not very demanding for the parents. I have not yet volunteered to be a coach but I love the little gameplans, themes, and videos that are available for the coaches to utilize and guide the kids each week.

That it's not super competitive, so my children can try something without feeling behind. I love the sportsmanship and upbeat coach. Our coach is amazing. I also had an issue with registration that was fixed very quickly after hours, which not only impressed me, but was really nice to not wait with uncertainty for a resolution. Great program. Great people. So glad we found i9!

My son was not sure about soccer last year in a different program. This year through i9 he flourished and has loved it! Thank you for your thoughtful program and great coaching of parents and staff. It takes a lot to master fundamental programs - and I think your crew has done just that!

This is our first season being involved in i9 and so far we have had a great experience. Maybe could use a little more direct communication from the coaches but that is it.

I like the hands on coaching, we also like that the coaches will step in and assist each child during the games. It is a great league with amazing sportsmanship displayed by all. Overall a very enjoyable experience for our daughter and we enjoy it too!
