This is my first time with the program. Wish I had know about it earlier. Love that the coaches work with each kid at their own level. Love the once a week consistent schedule. Love that it is a good level of competition without being overly competitive. I'm sad that my oldest child is too old for the programs, and that my youngest will age out in the next year. As I said, wish I had known about this program a long time ago. :) Thanks for a great season!
The coaches are engaged and have a great attitude. My child in now of the age that he needs a firmer stance from coaches but not yelling and the coaches are wonderful at providing that. My son loves the program and the coaches seem to really care.
The kids are not just learning the fundamentals of the game, but also the rules. I9 personnel are also available to assist the coaches as needed. With flag football, each session is focused and a new aspect of the game and used to build on what they learned from the previous sessions.
We have found coach Kevin (basketball) to be very encouraging and skilled at teaching the young kids. It takes special insight to think about the details of dribbling, passing, even knowing where you are on the court, etc., and definitely takes patience to not only teach this to kids with a 2 minute attention span, but to keep it truly fun and exciting for them. My son is excited about basketball and showed great improvement both in skill and enthusiasm after just one season. So happy! I also love how the club teaches sportsmanship by actually talking about and explaining the concepts. This is the age to instill these critical values.
My boys have loved their experience with flag football. The atmosphere at practices and games is not stressful.
The other coaches, ref, and staff are wonderful.
It has been a wonderful experience for me as a mother and their coach.
Thank you i9 for making this a wonderful experience for my family.
