We have been a part of the program for over two years now. My kids started when they were three and four years old. We adore Coach Dana and cannot wait to be playing with him again. this season has exceeded our expectations. Coach Andrew is an absolute treasure. I played soccer all through my youth and almost played in college. He is the best coach I have ever seen on the field. Losing him would be a catastrophe. He is so warm, engaged, enthusiastic and talented. I honestly want my kids on his team every season from here on out if that's possible. They have grown so much this season. More than all the years combined. I'm an extremely strong critic when it comes to this as I used to teach dance to children as well. Coach Andrew is an incredible asset to I-9 and I'm so grateful that we finally had the chance to be a part of his team. He knows every kids name as soon as the season starts. Coach Andrew gives positive feedback no matter the situation he finds a way to spin it. and even if he has to make a critical note, he does it with a loving tone- Always to improve their game. When the other team scores he claps. He supportive of every child in the organization. I'm blown away by how good of a Coach this man is.
We really love everything the program stands for and hope to participate for many years to come.( If you ever held optional weekday practices, we would be game for it.)
So My only issue would be the time. I don't know that my children can play in the spring session because they get pretty overheated, I just wish that games were earlier in the morning.
The director Joe does a great job and cares about the players coaches and parents. Joe goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time and if anything is wrong Joe jumps in and handles business. Joe is exceptional at what he does happy to be part of his program
The coaches are friendly and supportive. They show great sportsmanship and work well with the kids who are first timers . The schedules are great for working parents with limited time in their week. We will be back next season!
The refs for Pee Wee flag at the Stadium are fantastic! They do an amazing job of getting the kids involved and making sure everyone has fun. Our son was hesitant the first week and didn’t participate, but the refs went out of their way to make him feel included. By Week 2, he recognized them and opened up—now he looks forward to every Saturday. They understand that kids are at different skill levels and do a great job accommodating everyone to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommend!
We’ve had positive experience with coaches and I like that the seasons are only 7 weeks and 1.5 hour commitment a week. Seems appropriate for a five year old!
The program (Flag Football) is run extremely well.
The children are the primary focus and they are being taught to compete in an atmosphere of having fun and learning sportsmanship
Coach Daniel is a great coach. He's great with the kids. Everyone is a team player. Very encouraging to each other. I'm sad it only goes to she 11. My grandson would love to do it more.
The coaches for ages 5-7 baseball especially the head coach is amazing with the children and very good at baseball. He does different drills every week to keep the kids excited and we can see a lot of improvement in all the children in a few short weeks.
