Keep the kids and family really engaged with the sports league. Coaches and referees keep the games in a good flow and well-controlled. Kids learn sportsmanship and basketball skills through the competitions.

Very likely. Everyone is positive and you can truly tell that the coaches care for the children’s well being and growth for the game. The children’s faces when showing enthusiasm and encouragement makes it 100% worth the effort

1. The ease to coaching style and optional drills for volunteer coaches like myself. I'm not supervised to make sure I'm following a strict procedure. 2. The ease to have returning players to return to the same team. It builds chemistry, skills, and comfortability. 3. Sportsmanship medals are great confidence booster for the players.

Emphasis of sportsmanship is the right way to go about things. Still competitive and fun for all age groups. And being able to be a part of it as a coach volunteer is something I always look forward to.
