The directors that I've had the pleasure and benefit of working with. I cannot, unfortunately, remember the gentleman's name that was a gem, but it was him and Avery Long who have been very supportive and instrumental to maintaining a positive culture.
Enjoyed the program as a way to get my son introduced into several sports at one time and see which he likes best and is more engaged with. Helps us not waste money on things he might not have any interest in.
Love how the programs are centered on positive play in sports! Also love how they are structured with practice before and then a game. Excellent activities and drills that make learning and practice fun!
I like the convenient locations and the short commitment. I wish they would ask the skill level of our kids before putting them on a team. My son right now is playing basketball for the first time and he's on a team with kids a year older then him that have been playing for a long time. He feels intimidated and does not want to handle the ball. I've seen other kids his size and skill level that I feel he would have been better on a team with them. I'm not sure how they select the teams if it's just random.
Very well organized. Coaches are always communicative. We were looking for something for our boys first time in basketball and i9 has been the perfect fit.
First time trying I-9 and I have been very impressed. Here are some of the highlights to me:
1. The location is close by
2. The ability to request coach/friends was taken into account
3. The organization of the schedule ahead of time which was conveyed to us parents
4. The communication about any rare changes in the schedule was made well in advance
5. The added snack sign up on their schedule site to help all parents organize (it even tells you how many kids are on the team)
6. The friendly and encouraging mentality they are teaching these young kids with so that as the season progresses you can see their confidence rise
