Very nice staff, and well organised. The exercise classes are very good and challenging with fitness instructors that give you that push you need but never force you as the class will help you relax and enjoy while focusing in on them core muscles, and strengthen your body. These classes are great for all gender, and age group as they will give you the will of motivation. You have Yoga, pilates, and lots of other core strengthen condition classes plus a gym to all members to use 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday from 6:30am to 9:30pm with lots of exercise equipment for all, and if you want to freshen up after work out its really nice to have a shower, and and sit and relax in the sona, or steambath. Really nice, and nice atmosphere.
A notification or alert if a class is likely to be cancelled would be great rather than arriving to be told itโs not on.
A safer area for women to do/set up hip thrusts would also be greatly appreciated
I really like the gym and the courses. The place is new and clean and we have a lot of space.
The only improvement area would be the saune. The steam room as a bad smell and I don't feel comfortable smelling the air in there.
Some renovations would be great to ensure safety and clean environment
More morning classes, especially on a Thursday would be optimal, but overall the classes are great and are a great times in the evening for when you finish work
It would be great to have some classes at 6.30pm instead of 6.15pm or 6.10pm.
Having a scale to meausre fats, weights...
allow more space for working out with weights.
