Dax was fantastic to work with as always My wife and I bought a new mountain bike for our son who was turning 14. Dax spent all the time I needed to make the right decision and then set up a time for my son to personalize the bike (pedals and handlebar grips). From start to finish the experience was full of top level hospitality.

My thanks to Charlie and Owen for helping me with the grips on my E bike. On transport to the Greenbelt yesterday, my bike fell down off of the rack, dragging one of the handlebars through the dirt until I could get over to the side of the road. Charlie and Owen fix me up in no time. I love IMT, for all my bike needs. The staff is terrific. Thank you, J Eggers

Everything! We loved the whole experience! The employees/guide were great throughout planning. The amenities provided made the trip really easy to plan. The terrain from the Tornak Hut was really fun as well. We plan on booking again next season!
