I like the fact that Idaho Mountain Touring has been a part of the local community forever!
I purchased my first mountain bike way back when ? Fast forward and I placed a phone call to request tires and tubes to restore a 30 year old kids cart. Your staff was able to help fit us with the requested products, take a cc over the phone, and have the products ready for pick up.
I like that! Thank you xxx a happy … now grandparent !
Your products are amazing and your service is the best! I was browsing the store and several staff members asked if I needed assistance. I happily paid a little more to support a local business who's doing things so well!
Ryan was amazing in helping us find and purchase a new gravel bike. He was knowledgeable, took time to explain the different bikes to us, and wasn't arrogant or off-putting (what some of the other bike shops in town can be when you ask what they see as "dumb questions"). We ended up purchasing a bike and all the goodies that went with it, and Ryan installed all the items explaining how each of them worked as he went.
We will be back to purchase another gravel bike in the near future, all thanks to Ryan's knowledge, willingness to take time with us to explain the pros and cons of various brands and to go above and beyond with his customer service.
I would highly recommend Idaho Mountain Touring - and ask for Ryan! He's great!
Matt was great to work with.
Listened to my very temporary/specific needs.
Went through all the options with me and even recommended alternative solutions.
Stuck with him and intermountian because of his approach and efforts.
I’ll be a patron and advocate for a long time due to this interaction.
I went to Treck, REI, AJ's sports, and Bob's bikes looking for an Electra saddle. Finally found one at Bob's for $50. Went to your store for a po compo handle bar bag, and found out you guys were selling them for $15! I bought 2 for $32, and my brother will be there shortly to also buy 2. Has anybody told you that they love you lately? Cause I sure do.
