The shop is staffed with what I call "Good Wrenches," i.e., knowledgeable technicians. The services are fairly priced, and delivered when promised. I also like the store and can generally find what I need for accessories or maintenance all at one location. Further, the brand alliances for wearable items is solid. I will probably not be in the market for a new bike for quite some time, so the above comments are focused on my current needs. I do have one further note: I just had a tune-up done on my road bike, to have included brake pads as needed. The front brake lever was, to my preference, adjusted to a "too slack" engagement point...two-thirds of free travel before any engagement. i know front brakes are "grabbier", but it seems to me that the first point of engagement should arrive somewhere between 40-50% of free travel, not at 66% of free travel. Matt was exceptional. Patient, knowledgeable... patient and then patient again because my wife wanted to do multiple test runs, had many questions and threw out a barrage of scenarios for him to speak to. Can't say enough positive things about the experience, should any of my Micron colleagues have needs Idaho Mountain Touring can support, I'll have them visit your store and look for Matt.
