Great service and the staff were very knowledgeable. I appreciate the extra time to explain the differences between bicycles as well as offer various options for my needs.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile. If you have outdoor needs this summer, I highly recommend you give them a try.
Employees are very helpful. I came in with partial information and the team was patient, non-judgmental, and ultimately got me what I needed. I then bought a new helmet, that I knew I could get slightly cheaper elsewhere, because I support local and especially those that treat their customers well.
I like Idaho Mountain Touring. I purchased a Marlin 5 two years ago for my daughter. She loves it. We found out after we bought it that her oldest sister has a Marlin 6 and the same color!
Her youngest sister is turning 12 soon and had out grown her bike. So we returned to IMT.
I felt they were very helpful and was mindful of our desire to find a bike that was going to be able to handle their final growing stage. We were directed to another Marlin. This time a Marlin 4.
The youngest wanted a color choice; there was none; but after trying it out, she really liked it. They cut an inch of the seat post due to the starting height was a little too high. We checked that the max height adjustment would be plenty but could replace the post if needed.
The service is great. I have taken my bikes in 2-3 time for service and have been happy with the results.
My only small complaint is after spending over 800.00 for the new bike and service on 4 other bikes, I was called and asked to return and pay for the kick stand that they forgot to ring me up for. (It was on a different ticket) $21 and some change. It was what I requested to buy and wasn't looking for anything for free. I just felt like it was a little inconvenient for an item that was under 2% of the money I spent that day. Not too mention what I've spent in the past with them.
Is it something that would keep me from returning... no.
To make it clear, I'm all about being fair and the right thing was to pay for the item. Just left me with a feeling of not being looked at as a valued customer.
