Team was great to work with and after my recent purchase I had some minor problems with the bike I purchased and they quickly fixed it for me. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and they stand behind the products they sell.

Mike from Idaho Mountain Touring, on Cherry Lane and Linder, went far and above the call of duty in fixing my front sprocket shifting mechanism. The extra time he spent searching the internet for a new one, which couldn't be found anywhere because of the older style mechanism I have, to actually searching through recycled/used parts in downtown Boise, was incredible. He was able to get my shifting mechanism installed and the shifter working properly so I could enjoy riding my bike again. Excellent job Mike! I took in my Townie 7D for a tune up after buying it in 2016. Rode this bike like a 12-year-old on a Sting Ray and loved every mile. When I picked up it looked just like the other Brand-New models. When I went for a ride, I just kept saying Wow over and over. I have been enjoying my morning ride in one higher gear because it feels so much easier to pedal. Everyone I spoke with was a great source of information and super helpful. Good Stuff Yup

Initial service was quick. When I came to pick up, I needed something else done to the bike, and they were able to get that done in less than ten minutes.

The staff were super friendly, knew the products well and provided great mechanical support. I did not have an appointment but Braxton was able to make immediate repairs to my road bike when I dropped by and the costs were very affordable. This was my second great experience with this shop.

Walked in, immediately approached by team member to help me with my bike I was frustrated over. Service was quick and done correctly, no pushing, up front and honest with what I was looking for, made suggestions and gave me few options to choose according to my budget. It was a nice and smooth visit to the store.

I went there with a flat tire. The service guy acknowledged me right away and was able to fix the tire with a new tube and within about 10 minutes I was out of there.
