Facilities are well cared for. Service when needed for repair is handled with good People doing a good job. Location is ideal to all Medical facilities as well as Access to # I79 and # 90. Office Personnel are very helpful, when needed.

I like the convenient location. I appreciate the response to maintenance requests and normally the resulting repair is done well. I would however greatly appreciate acknowledgement of the receipt of such requests and being advised of how soon the problem can be dealt with. The layout of the apartments is great; for me having windows on both sides of the apartment is much appreciated. I appreciate the light and the fact that I can open the windows and even the front and deck door for cross ventilation. Many apartments don't have storm doors and this is not possible. (I also think it cheapens the look of the building if they don't have storm doors). Staff are always polite and attentive.
