We still have a lot of opportunity to grow our relationship with the IFC team, but in our first year they have been very good to work with.

It is all about the service tech. John York, who services our facility is the best. We recently got John back after the younger service tech quit and we were thrilled. John is very thorough, communicates well and is dependable. He cares about his job and his customers. He makes time to stop in before audits to make sure all traps are in place after we clean. He always checks back in after audits to find out how IFC did and to see if there were any concerns. He takes his job seriously and helps to make us better. The younger workforce today, could learn from a great mentor like John. I'm sure that he doesn't get paid enough for the time and hours he puts in. We are happy to have our previous PCO back after several months. John is very diligent in taking care of our Pest Control needs. He reports what he finds and lets us know if he has concerns that we might want to address. Prior to audits, he makes sure that all the traps are clean and that everything for Pest Control is up to date. We appreciate what he does for us.
