THE IFC tech (Mingo) Erminio Garcia is the one of the best I have worked with, he works tirelessly to keep our plant free of pests and is always ready to go the extra mile.
Extremely responsive. If there is an issue, Gilbert will text/email and often come by the same day we express a concern. My only complaint would be the website, which is not as user friendly as the previous version. Reports are not organized by date, in fact, there appears to be no organization to them. Additionally, I have to go online and sign the reports again, after I have already signed them at the end of the technician's visit.
Friendly, conscientious, timely service. IFC serviced the previous facility I was at for 4 years and they did a great job. I was very happy that they were the pest provider at my current job.
IFC technicians and management are always responsive. They are customer driven and build great professional relationships with their customers. I have worked with IFC at different companies over the past 15+ years and have always been satisfied with their service.
Service technician has great communication and knowledge to problem solving. Tech is very friendly and polite when service is being conducted. Gives notice if they are on site and follows up if there are any issues that needs to be reported before the service starts. Recaps at the end of the service is outstanding with detailed information with if any corrective action is needed.
IFC is always responsive rather it's during the week, during the weekend, or during a Holiday. The service technicians communicate their findings and their follow-up's are above all others.
