We loved the experience that we were able to have with Ilene and Loren. They make quite the powerhouse duo! Being first time buyers made us very nervous about how to navigate the landscape of today’s market. They made sure that we were always aware of the next step that we had to take and were very responsive when we had questions. Catch Ilene and Loren in person because you’ll fall in love with Ilene’s friendly but give it to you straight approach. As well Loren will keep the atmosphere light being quite the jokester! It was a little rush, rush at the beginning, not to much time to think and I signed things I probably should have taken the time and read it all first. But, I will never ever use anyone else but Loren and Ilene two (I consider friends) of the most wonderful people I have ever meet. They making buying a house a lot of fun. One other thing, when you call, email or text they always answer, something very rare in these days.
