Our inspection was at the edge of their range but Imperial made time to come all the way out to us. Chris was very thorough, took his time, and shared his findings as he went. The report is super great too, very thorough, lots of pictures. Very reasonable price as well for all the time spent with us. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish this was a great experience. We called and they were able to get us on the schedule in two days and also accommodated us with scheduling it on a Saturday. When I arrived for the inspection Zeke our inspector was extremely helpful and kind, answered all my questions and walked me through the process. We received a report within 2hr of the walk being completed. Highly recommend!!

Fernando was very thorough and informative with what he found during the inspection and was a nice detail report that I got afterwards. The company itself was really good to work with and there was no issue in refunding the sewer scope when they realized that inspector couldn’t gain access through the sewer clean out.
