Tim with Imperial Inspection Services did a fantastic job with our buyer’s inspection. From the moment we arrived, Tim had a professional demeanor and talked us through the process and what to expect. We were present for the entire inspection as he worked throughout the house. He would bring things to our attention as he discovered anything faulty or that we may need to pay attention to in the future. He gave helpful suggestions on how to fix certain issues and general tips on home maintenance. Overall, he was very thorough and made the experience humorous and enjoyable. It was clear to us that he had numerous years of experience. I’d recommend Imperial to anyone, especially a first time home buyer. We felt the experience was educational and communication was prompt and professional.

I like the manner in which the inspector conducted the inspection, very professional, he gave me an introduction while starting and at the end he ended by giving me a verbal report on the major issues finding.
