Unfortunately, I didn't get a full inspection during my appointment because my house wasn't ready to be fully inspected as my agent said it would be. However, I was very grateful, impressed and appreciative that the inspector told us this as soon as we showed up to meet him on-site. Luckily, he gave us the option to continue with the inspection or stop until we could confirm the house was ready. We appreciate his frankness and options provided along with his communication and commitment to making sure we were getting what we paid for in its entirety. Thank you Christian - we look forward to having you back out in a couple of weeks to get the house inspected.
