I absolutely love the Community at In-Shape. The Staff is wonderful; there are a variety of classes offered with excellent instructors (Maria, Jamir, Marco and Tara); the gym is kept very clean too.

I really like that there is a variety of machines to workout and the space that is provided for it. I also like the indoor and outdoor swimming options. The showers are great but could use some more privacy in each slot in the mens section. Perhaps some remodeling of the doorway and the fact it is a bit small of entry.

I have been a member for many years I have enjoyed my work out from challenges to basic training as well as family experiences at the pool to improve confidence and swimming techniques My husband love the work at the poll former compete swimmer to keep is body in mobility at are ages we are in are 60ds We look forward to many years we come and will go. The staff is very friendly at the Antioch location! I love how there is a mix of all ages and body types at In Shape. Makes me, as a new gym goer, feel very comfortable. All the equipment is great and well taken care of. I appreciate how clean the space is along with the bathrooms. It truly is a great gym! I’m grateful for the community-feel I get when I walk into In Shape.
