This gym is still living up to expectations in spite of few challenges that come with new construction projects in the vicinity. Gym is still clean and I am seeing a lot of people going through transformation and happier with their looks. Furthermore,the staff members are courteous and overall nice people.

Variety of classes offered during the day. Consistent and good instructors. Enough exercise machines for use. Friendly and helpful staff. Wished they kept the track for walking/running as another option for exercise. Better FIT points rewards redemption choices and able to redeem drinks once a day and not once a month!!

The thing I really like about Antioch In Shape is it is clean and it is one of the biggest gyms I’ve ever been to in my life. There is so much space there you could do cardio, free weights, machines, TRX, swim, or just chill in the Jacuzzi or steam room. Most members are very friendly and sociable, and the staff always greet you with a smile.
