I love the VTL instructors, the format of the workouts, and the community of folks that it cultivates - shout out to Jamir! I’ve never been more motivated to take my health into my own hands than I am now - thank you so much!
We are very fortunate to have one of the very first In-Shape clubs in California and it has been a Godsend. It came with all the bells and whistles, if you don't believe me check out Antioch, California branch.
Of course I fall behind in my new year's resolutions every single year for the last 30 years, but they have always encouraged me to get back in shape, literally. Whenever I have visitors from all over the world they cant stop raving about it.
If don't you have a branch in your town fight to get it, you really will have a place to go and get in shape.
If this sounds like an ad for In-Shape, come and verify what I just wrote by visiting in person our In-Shape branch, they have no fee 10 day passes to try it out.
If you do fall in love with it, tell all our over 65 years old friends where they should be going for that hotter than hot steam sauna followed by a year round pool dip after a good round of weights (or golf, Lone Tree Golf course is just 6 minutes up the road), by yourself or with a personal trainer or in a group class followed by a nice cooling beer at Third Base.
See there guys.
I recently signed up with In Shape, it's very clean, everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the circuit machines, especially with the timer to notify your starrt time, rest time and when to move to the next machine. It's a great daily workout for me.
I like the layout of the gym. It’s spacious and I don’t feel like everyone is on top of each other. The staff has been pleasant and the classes I’ve tried so far have been pretty good.
