What I like most about my In-Shape experience is the welcoming atmosphere and the variety of equipment available. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and offers everything I need to reach my fitness goals. The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a positive environment that makes me look forward to coming in. I also appreciate the group fitness classes and the flexibility they provide for different fitness levels. Overall, In-Shape has been a great place to stay active, healthy, and motivated.

I like that the staff is helpful and will address issues as they come. That you can get in an exercise without any issues for the most part. It’s a place where you can go and there is no judgement and encouraged when you are progressing.

There are still issues that management refused to address. Two members make it miserable for the rest of us. The manager is fully aware and just doesn’t care. A manager should protect the members safety. Chantel doesn’t do that. She’s not a manager. She doesn’t address the issues nor resolves them. Several members have left because of these two. This of course is bad for business. Something needs to happen. Hire a better manager.
