Excellent management Team who has been able to make my family feel welcomed every visit. Gerald is excellent at the front desk and Shontea and her assistant manager are both very kind and cheerful. I recently had health changes and Shontea and her team have been excellent in accommodating my needs, while still been able to attend this club visits. The Fit club rewards has not been the friendliest and easiest to obtain rewards. We used to get a monthly gift from In shape with points accumulation and it was much easier than current system. It made more fun to arrive at the club and receive a backpack or a hat or a water bottle. Now, we have very limited options when it comes to the in-club point use.

I love the area that ladies can work out, not exclusively but it gives me a space to feel comfortable about my work out. The restrooms are always clean, which is a plus. I also like the incentive point system!
