I highly recommend In-Shape, especially for their classes. The instructors are fantastic; they are experts at what they do and are very respectful of everyone’s individual fitness level. The environment is great, and there are plenty of machines so everyone can focus on their own workout. Great job on that! However, I do have a serious concern regarding safety. Following the recent incident at the Coffee Road location involving a woman in the parking lot, I believe more attention needs to be paid to member security outside the building. As someone who pays about a $100 monthly for a family of four, I expect a safe environment. This is especially important since many women, including seniors, arrive at the gym very early in the morning. Security in the parking lot should be a top priority.

The abundance of equipment is great. The equipment is well maintained and the staff are great. Although when I plug my ear phone into the treadmills the audio on 7 of the 12 televisions is bad or none at all.

Great gym, really appreciate the variety of equipment at my disposal and having a pool area that includes a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna is great for my recovery/active rest days! Cristopher has great customer service and always tends to any concerns or questions I have!

It’s a very clean gym the custodians always have the equipment clean as well as the areas. Staff is very nice and friendly. If your new and don’t know how to use a machine the staff are very helpful.
