The staff is always helpful and accommodating, friendly and kind. When ever i have asked for help with the equipment they have always gladly helped me to understand how to properly and safely use the equipment . The child care is another reason i keep coming back to In Shape my child always has a grate time and they even have fun projects !

Silver Sneakers and Aqua instructor is amazing. Staff is very friendly and professional especially Maribel she’s just a big asset to the Gym she’s a very concerned and attends to your needs and questions. It’s a good place to workout and socialize 😊 I have met amazing people ☺️

The one thing i would suggest is that you guys detail clean the steam room, the roof has lots of black spots on it it looks like mold remember that we are breathing in there
