Jasper one of the employees is very good worker, he’s very polite and gets the job done, in the pool area. He very much liked by all the ladies in water Arobics. Lily in the day care is very good with the kids and also communicates well with me about my child.

I have always felt great walking into any In-Shape facility, even though my home gym is Concord. The front staff, teachers, and fellow students are all welcoming and helpful. I'm glad that i can keep up with my workouts and take classes when i'm travelling!

The two ladies that I see each morning are very friendly, helpful and bring me a 😊 smile on my way to work out! It's clean, the equipment could use new machines, but the ones there work well and you can see are maintained. Love that the pool is open all year, along with the hot tubs and sauna..great combination a few times a week.

Use of facility is always available, not too crowded. Friendly staff. Sometimes it can appear a little dirty, but I have definitely seen work at other gyms. I like the ample parking.

The most important thing is InShape's customer service and how the staff keeps the entire environment clean and ready for use if you choose to use the exercise equipment or taking a class with one of the instructor's keeps me coming back.
