I have been a member of this club since it was first open as Spa Fitness and now as In-Shape. The club provides all types of fitness classes as well as excellent equipment. The pools and spa area are great.

I love the Capitola location. I believe my monthly dues are a great value. It would be nice however if the workout towels to clean equipment were available everyday. the availability of these towels to clean equipment are not always available.
