We love In-Shape! We do wish there were classes later in the evenings if possible! We’d really appreciate it! Most of the classes are either after we are already at work or happen before we get off from work in the afternoon/evening.

I LOVE Bodypump!! I wish there were a Bodypump class everyday so I could go at least 4 times a week no matter what my work and motherhood schedule is like! The staff is friendly. I love the steam room too. I wish we could turn off the Fox News channel in the cardio room though! All news in fact! I’d like to escape all that’s going on in our world right now while I’m at the gym!!

The facility is older but your team is doing a great job of maintaining the facility. I want to express that you have a great staff working at the Capitola CA facility. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. If i have one request....that would be to have more ellipticals that utilize the arm motion as apposed to those that don't. thank you

Staff is pleasantly courteous. They greet you with smile. There are variety of machines on both sides. Although, I prefer the other side of the building next to New leaf. I love using the reclining bike machines. It is one of the reasons because I have some mild hip pain.
