Most of the equipment is kept in good shape (no pun intended) but the footpads on the chin/dip assist machine are worn thru at the back edge and slide off. I know you can't babysit everyone but it's especially annoying on Monday morning to have to remove the weight plates from machines that big strong men seem to be able to put on them but not take off.
