I always recommend In-Shape gym to my fellow athletes. It's convenient, very close to my residence. It's my favorite place to rehabilitate minor injuries in the pool or jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and helpful when called upon.

Everything: Colored walls, service, sauna, swimming pool, etc. WHAT I DON'T LIKE: A few small clocks on the wall. Sometimes I have to go to the reception to ask what time it is cause the clock is so far away. I even asked the vice-manager once if I can buy a few clocks to hang on walls but she refused my offer.

I really really like this place. Great teachers and selection of classes. The best computer online service I have experienced in any business. It is easy to use, efficient, and not complicated.
