It's big, it's clean and the machines vs free weights vs workout stations are terrific! Everyone is very friendly. I do, however, wish you would quit raising the price everytime we turn around. Usually we get an email (and you immediately know why) but this last increase was snuck in. It's still pretty reasonable but if the increases keep up at the same pace, it won't be for long - not to mention the yearly fee we all pay on top of monthly.

This location of InShape does just about everything you want pretty well. Easy parking, keep the machines in pretty good working order, immediately post a repair signs on machines that are reported need repair and get to fixing them on an acceptable time table, keep up on the cleaning, and maintain a pool aquatics area. In addition they keep convenient hours for working out and the staff is almost always more professional when there is a small problem than the standard of other gyms.

Over very good, not happy that FOX as taken off TV screen. Many people do not know how to use the circuit training. They stay on machines for 10 minutes or longer backing everyone else up. Perhaps when people join they can instruct them how to use.
