If you’re not training at Ceres, in Shape, you’re seriously missing out. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and nothing compares to the atmosphere, the energy, and the people here.
The biggest reason this place stands out.. The staff. Reigna the GM and Alyssa are hands down some of the most genuine, welcoming, and supportive people you’ll ever meet. From day one, they make you feel like you belong. They go above and beyond for members, always bringing positive energy, professionalism, and real care for everyone who walks through the door.
The gym itself is always clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need to get a great workout in—whether you’re just starting or going all-in. But what really makes it special is the community they’ve built. It’s motivating, it’s uplifting, and it actually makes you want to show up every day.
I can honestly say this is one of the best gyms out there. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t even hesitate—this is the place. Huge respect and appreciation to Reigna for making it what it is.
Plenty of equipment and good classes and nice facility. The parking lot could improve though very dark and the signage our front is small so I almost always start to accidentally pass it because it looks parking lot and signage is small and looks abandoned. The group fitness class is hard to see the instructor in the mirror because the middle part is sticking out this is a challenge in Zumba or other classes you can’t see well. I’d recommend mirrors in the other side and have people face the other way.
I like the staff at in- shape city. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I also enjoy Veronica's water aerobics class. She is wonderful as well.
I love how they always are stock on paper towels and they always have staff on the floor. Very clean environment I enjoy it as well as the day care is amazing.
I'm very much enjoying the club, recommendations I would have are a hotter steam room and a colder cold plunge., and signs telling people to hop in the shower in between steam and sauna before going into the cold front. I plan I'm getting some friends to sign up and I was wondering if there's an incentive program if I get multiple people to sign up that it would help me. Thank you
