I like the amenities, especially the pool and the plentiful lockers in the locker room. I also appreciate the staff and their friendly greetings, as well as those who clean the facility. I especially want to compliment Yuliessa, the Assistant General Manager, who very patiently and courteously helped me upgrade my membership and assisted me with an account lockout/password issue.

I wanted to take a moment to say that I really enjoy being a member of In Shape the facilities are great. However, I’ve noticed that some members wear street clothes like sweatpants and tennis shoes into the humid areas (such as the sauna/steam room/pool area). This raises some hygiene concerns, as these areas are meant to be clean and sanitary for everyone’s health and comfort. I wanted to share this feedback in the spirit of maintaining the high standards that make the gym such a great place. Perhaps a reminder of the dress code or hygiene policy in those areas could help. Thank you for your attention, and again, I really do appreciate the overall experience at the gym.

The spacious amenities and sauna are my favorite. Very friendly staff and they are constantly walking around cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. Club offers multiple exercise classes as well in the evening as well;)

Everyone is so nice! The gym has everything I'm looking for. I love the aqua fit classes! I also enjoy the bikes a lot. I like the location and I love how we earn points !

I love taking the body pump class on Friday evenings in Ceres. The club is very nice and clean. Also, Efren is a great instructor.
