The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests which is the first thing I noticed. Second, The facility is newer and has a modern feel to it. I appreciate that there are plenty of things available to aid my workout - mats, straps, balls, weights, etc. I feel good walking in and doing my exercises weather I'm walking on a treadmill, using equipment or taking a class.

I’ve always loved going to the YMCA where I used to live, especially for the swimming pool. When I discovered In-Shape Health Clubs, I was so happy to find a place where I could enjoy swimming with my family again. Since coming here, my life has genuinely improved. The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming. They consistently greet members when they arrive and say goodbye when they leave, which creates such a positive atmosphere. The ladies’ locker room is also kept very clean, and I really appreciate the effort the staff puts into maintaining the facility. For a smaller city like Ceres, In-Shape offers so many great amenities, and I’m grateful to have a gym like this in our community. There are only a couple of things I dislike, but they are not the fault of In-Shape itself. My main concern is when some members do not follow proper steam room etiquette, such as spitting or wearing dirty, sweaty gym clothes inside the hot steam room. I've heard from a family member in the mens room the men are always spitting on the floor. I think this should be addressed for health and safety.

The vtl class is fabulous. Lupita does a great job. The club is so much cleaner than other Inshape gyms locally. I feel safer about my car having a guard in the parking lot.
