I've been going to In-Shape for a few years now, and I would have never reached any of my goals without my weekly personal training with Craig Wasley. Before going to training I had pain from previous shoulder injuries and c-section surgeries. After sticking to Craig's training plans and routines I'm able to do exercises that I couldn't before. My pelvic floor is stronger and my muscle mass has gone up over 10%. I was able to work out over 300 days last year and almost the same this year and I have the most muscle I've ever had at 40 years old. Craig is an invaluable asset and has changed the way I see my health and fitness.

Everyone is so nice and professional! I came in to talk about their personal training services- Alec was very helpful in directing me to another trainer to tell me about the options. Craig is going to be giving me my free personal trainer session next week! I'm super excited!

I play mainly handball at the gym. You folks do an exceptional job keeping the gym very clean unlike the Alhambra location. Lucas does a fantastic job keeping the courts clean and ready to play. No dirt no dust bunnies. He washes the Handball courts glass and it is clean unlike Alhambra that has not been cleaned their glass on the courts for maybe over 2 years. Your front door staff are always very friendly and I do enjoy them greet me on MWS when we play handball. All is working well. Thank You Raul

Love my Aqua instructor, Angela… love going to the Aqua class. Sometimes the pool is not the cleanest… and the spa malfunctions too often It’s hard to remember to make a reservation only 3 days ahead. A week would be easier, so I could make a reservation for both Monday and Weds at the same time.

I love the kid zone and so does my kid! That’s the number 1 reason. I love that the gym is not completely packed every time I go! I feel comfortable and everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. So many nice amenities, lots of classes. It’s all great.

Its close to home, its smaller, the water aerobics class is smaller than orangevale, so we are able to use noodles or weights. I am hoping I can stand the cold weather in the future months.
