Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious room never crowded, the best equipment. Beautiful outdoor patio with enormous outdoor pool and spa and play area for children, large dry sauna and steam room. Tile shower area and immense locker rooms. Love to go to the fabulous Madera park 5 minutes away after the gym with picknick area. Basketball courts, baseball area and play equipment for children. Margo McBride

Lots of exercise equipment, classes, large pool, hot tub, air conditioning, friendly in-person staff, stuff to do. What I DON'T like about In-Shape is their terrible online customer service. They never follow through.

Angela's classes are great but often over crowded. Why do you ask for a reservation if so many people ignore it? Problem - when there is a problem with the facility, we are told that "Corporate" would be responsible. However, there is no "Corporate." For instance, it took months to get the fan fixed in the Citrus Heights classroom. We were told to just not turn the fans on! Really? In addition, we have been complaining for YEARS about the facility thermostat settings during the cooler months. The heat comes on in the classroom during cardio, and no one seems to be responsible for turning it down or off! The instructors often have to modify the class because the room is too hot.
