Wonderful place to workout. Staff cares about its members and tries to resolve any issues if possible. Custodians are always cleaning to make this a safe environment. Management is there to answer questions and assist with memebership. Would highly recommend this club to anyone

The In-Shape gym on Coffee Rd is a great place to work out. The facility is always clean, and the equipment is consistently well-maintained thanks to the tech, Jim everything runs smoothly, which makes a big difference. Marisol does an excellent job managing the gym, keeping things organized and the atmosphere welcoming. Overall, it’s a solid spot with a great team behind it. All staff are on point and you can tell they're well trained. Keep up the great work.

I like my 5 am classes and restorative yoga with Mindy. I would lime it when management makes sure all employees are doing their job because they were trained and supervised. Would I like clean towels to be available all the time.
