I'm happy with how the management has kept me informed about the changes they're making to better suit the members. Adi always says hi...Fernie and Nick both are busy with cleaning and upkeep. They also go out of their way keep the racks reracked and put up. Great workouts with a friendly staff.

Everyone's always friendly at the front desk and attentive, it's always clean in the gym and people are always cleaning, I enjoy the atmosphere some of the upstairs treadmills could use some work maybe some oil or grease because they make noise but I saw somebody up there the other day working on one. Compared to coffee road I'll take my home gym at River lakes any day.

Inshape on coffee road is always clean. I love that all the machines are always working. There’s always available wipes for the machines. I love the classes they provide if I can give constructive criticism would be for the instructors to be more energetic.
