The staff is wonderful, management truly cares about it members. Custodians and always cleaning the the front desk people are friendly and smiling. I would highly recommend this club, oh yeah and the maintenance guy is awesome

There are 4 instructors that I would like to give a huge shout out to! I’ve recently added some of these classes to my weekly workout schedule and I absolutely love all of them! Monday Body Combat with Ximena, Monday Spin with Jessica, Tuesday VTL Fit with Katie & Wednesday Spin with Molly! All of these instructors are awesome & do an outstanding job!

Calm relaxing atmosphere and the variety of activities. I love the fat that we have a steam room and sauna and pools etc. I love everything! My gym is the coffee road location and the best!

I like InShape because they have every kind of exercise class you could want. It all the work out weights and equipment you need. It’s cool and sheltered. There are pools, saunas, and Steam Room. Bathroom, showers, blow dryers, dressing room. Child care. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. You get to meet new friends as well.
