I love the group fitness classes! The instructors are amazing and keep us motivated!! Please know they are very important to us!! I would like to mention that the front desk people could be a little more friendly when you check in. Sometimes they never acknowledge you or even look up. The Mooney club front desk is friendly and says hello every time. Just wanted to share that.

Omar and his team are amazing I’ve been to about 10 different gyms and nothing compares to the service and kindness at in shape on demaree. Omar and his team aren’t just staff they treat you like family listen and help out with there guidance and support. This gym is 100/10 it is amazing.
