I really enjoy the facility. The newer treadmills on the top floor have been a game changer. I enjoy thee sauna and absolutely love the outdoor pool and spa area. I do understand it’s an older facility, so I do think the locker rooms and some equipment need upgrades, but I see they are making those changes in due time. The staff is really friendly and I always feel comfortable using this facility.

Best gym in Visalia and has amazing equipment ! staff is always always on there top best performance and always making sure the gym is well maintenance from cleaning, to refiling equipment for there clients .I am very satisfied with in shape.

The staff always greets me when I come in and leave. The facility is clean and I can always work on the apparatus that I want to. I just returned from surgery so I missed a couple of months. I’m glad to be back.
