I really like all of the options In-Shape offers to get movement. I love the stairmaster and cardio machines but I also love the amount of tennis courts and pickleball courts they have, it’s amazing! Also the sauna being in the locker room is a game changer, it makes me feel so good.

My family likes the Demaree location because the outside amenities don’t feel like a gym. Since it used to be the racquet club, I think it makes it seem more like a resort, right in the middle of town

InShape on Demaree and Goshen Avenue The entire staff at this location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Everyone—from the front desk team to the assistants, the manager, and even the maintenance staff—goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Any issue that arises is handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear they take pride in this club, and it really shows. I truly enjoy being a member here—thank you for creating such a positive and supportive environment!

cleanliness, open spaces, the outside courts. what I don't like is that people take forever on a machine an read their phones which is annoying. I think there should be a time limit. but they sit forever tying it up
