Since I like using the sauna first thing in the morning, they finally figured out how to have it hot and stay hot. It is also a clean facility and staff seems nice.

Great gym, clean, good staff. Would love to have a personal trainer to help with some exercises and i think you guys have a great person there for that.

Have alot of duplicate machines, so that you don't have to wait to use the equipment. Staff are nice, but there needs to be training on how to fix the perks ville app.

I like that there is a smoothie bar and the music isn't too loud. One thing that could be improved is the lighting in the female locker room. It is way too bright and could use about half the lighting. The lights also add a lot of heat.

The East Arden in shape location is a little further from my home than I normally go but I was motivated to try the stability mobility and balance class and I am glad that I did the instructor is fantastic and I learned by attending the class that it doesn't matter your age or ability everybody can benefit from this class I will attend it again.

Hello, way better than the Northgate gym. Clean, organized, weights have racks and are cleaned and picked up. Northgate, weights are all over the place. Can never find what you need. The downstairs free weight area is a hot mess. Theres no designated racks to put weight away. There's weight all over the place. The equipment is all over. Wish I lived closer to this gym, as I would use it daily. Appreciate the cleanliness.

I like that I see the same people most every day so we say Hello to each other. It makes for a nice atmosphere. And finally the equipment gets fixed in a timely manner, when broken. Both make it a fun place to workout.
