The gym is loaded with EVERYTHING! The one thing that I would suggest is installing hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the gym. The Arden location is the only location that I have seen that does not have hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the gym.

The TV on the machines, verity of cardio machines, different classes I can take, like yoga , the people at the front desk are very helpful, I like the idea that I get points every time I come , also there is a lot of parking space

As a senior, I like the pool, the cardio room, treadmills, the meditation and yoga room most. The instructors are good, especially Lisa Fitzgerald. The boutique, selling gym wear, consistently offers very nice and seasonal and stylish clothing and accessories. The steam and sauna rooms are nice, but shower shoes should be required and in lieu of street shoes or bare feet for sanitary reasons as well as street clothes or sweaty gym clothes. Eew. I know it’s a lot of work and expense, but a towel service would be great. It’s hard to tell what the staff’s role is. I met the manager once and was impressed with their presence, professionalism, and knowledge!
