Its convenient for me as an after work activity. There is sufficient equipment for me to complete a basic workout. I love the convenience of the pools, steam room and sauna. My only issue is the shower rooms.

The club is extremely clean. Front desk is very friendly. The front desk greets me and my husband. We appreciate that. The gym we had before was rude they didn’t even acknowledge us when we walk in or leave very unprofessional.The only thing I don’t like about In Shape is when somebody is spraining stuff in the steam room my eyes start to get very irritated and burn, but other than that I love this place I’m glad that I joined my husband loves it and I’m glad that we quit 24 Hour Fitness which isn’t really 24. The name is should be 14 hours or less🤣🤣🤣🤣

In-Shape has terrific locations. I go to 3 of them: East Arden, Watt, Carmichael! The people who work at the locations are friendly and helpful. The instructors for Sit-and-Fit and Aquarobics are great! Please get more Aquarobics instructors, so that more of those classes are available. Also, it would be great if you offered Aqua at the lovely pool at East Arden!!

The facility has a great selection of equipment to use. This location is conveniently located for me and doesn’t tend to be terribly busy in the early mornings when I like to go to the gym. The gym goers also seem to be friendly and kind. The hours of operation are also great.

Had an excellent VTL with Mimi as instructor Tuesday at 5p. She has a entirely different approach to functional training that is highly beneficial to the body imo. I will definitely attend more of her classes in the future.

The guy at the front desk in the early morning is very friendly! He takes the time to acknowledge each person who enters and seems genuine in his interactions. In the past some of the people at the front desk seemed a little cold and wouldn’t make eye contact, but it’s been a lot better with this specific person working the front desk. Kudos to him!
