I love the feel of a small town gym. The employees are friendly and I love the classes. Only thing I’m disappointed with is the fact that the steam room has been closed for almost a few months, waiting for “remodel”. But nothing has been started. Disappointing because I got my membership with the perks of the sauna/steam room that other gyms in our area do not have.

1 we try to make reservations for the pool and they already reserved it people don’t show up there should be some kind of system in place that does not let these people keep making reservations but they’re not showing up I always do or I cancel

I like that they have the tennis and Pickleball courts. I like the pool areas and the big hot tub. What’s a little bit of a challenge for me is all the stairs.

I love In-Shape fitness in El Dorado County! I visit the lap pool frequently for aqua fit classes and a quick dip when it's warm outside. It would be great if the family pool was heated, too. That'd be a nice perk 😊. Also, would it be possible to add afternoon aqua fit classes on Mondays and Wednesdays? Would love to see that happen.

I’m just visiting from Folsom location because our pools are closed for plastering. I have spine surgery a few months ago and I need a pool to work out in the people at shingle Springs location. We’re very friendly and hospitable and I appreciate having a place to work out that is located close enough to not be a hardship for me to visit. Thank you for your thoughtful employees and asked me how I’m doing it was my visit a good one
