We had a nice time visiting the Bond road In-Shape. The gym seemed clean inside and also the pool area. We enjoyed the covered pool and hot tub. The only suggestion I have is to clean the tile around the pool and hot tub. Thanks

Please please dont get rid of the Matrix tredmills. There is a dedicated group that prefer them over the newer models Please get more mats in bathroom shower areas The staff is great. Cleanliness is awesome. It does seem to take a long time to get machines fixed so more maintenance time at each facility would stop complaints in that area

I enjoy all of the group strength classes and the instructors are wonderful. The group fitness classroom at the EG gym needs to have the fans and upper area idusted because it's very dirty. We also need some more weight bars and the racks that they go in because they separated the racks and people just put them back Next to the rack because there's no roomand they fall on the floor when people are exercising.

Just used pool & hot tub that visit. I like the option of a covered pool. Nice addition of curtained spaces in pool area. Overall pool area is spacious & relaxing.
