Great simply yoga class and instructors! Charlotte, Jennifer who has now retired but love having back as a sub and Kiara are awesome instructors.
The shapes/pilates class and strength class are great as well.
I’m in my 70’s, and I’m impressed instructors always give various levels within movements to meet all our needs.

I’ve had a really positive experience at In-Shape! The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has a great overall atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes it easy to feel comfortable coming in and getting a workout done.
One of the highlights for me has been the quality of the training sessions. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed or overlooked, and my questions are always taken seriously.
Overall, it’s been a great place to work on my fitness goals, and I would definitely recommend In-Shape to anyone looking for a supportive and well-run gym.

Friendly environment in the gym and conveniently located close to home. The pool is okay when the heaters are working properly but that is not always the case. The pools are not supervised from staff members to prevent kids from running and jumping into the pool. We need to be observing our surroundings to avoid getting hit by any of these kids. Jacuzzi outside will have kids under 14 all the time. It sometime reaches over capacity too.

I like that the facility includes a wide range of workout equipment and stations, much more any other gym facility that I have visited. This includes the second floor dedicated for cardio workouts and the large outdoor area. It was a bit crowded at least for the time I was there and it being my first time visiting. There appeared to be a good mix of age groups working out.

In-Shape clubs like the Bond location always provide a great selection of workout options. Staff are very welcoming and courteous to members on entry and departure which is very much appreciated.
The Bond club does have two things I wish could be addressed. First, the sauna door seems to regularly have issues. It doesn't fully close by itself and when closing you have to scrap it across the frame to fully close it. Second, there's always a small pool of water outside the showers that doesn't drain away. You probably can't do much about this one but mentioning because after drying off it is unpleasant to have to wade through this pool to get back to the lockers.
Overall, Bond In-Shape Family Fitness is a great club.
