Hours are flexible here in Laguna. I especially appreciate the ability to reserve courts for racquetball play using in-shape app. Plenty of parking available as well. I recommend in-shape.

10/10 experience when it comes to cleanliness and customer experience every time i’m at bond Nyusha is right at the front to greet you along with the team members in child care being warm welcoming and allowing the best experience possible. 10/10 when it comes to the cleanliness to the outdoor restrooms as well

I came to walk in the heated therapy pool. It was NOT heated to the temperature it should have been, but I still enjoyed having the entire pool to myself on my 4:30 AM walk. I was a member before InShape took over. My reasoning for joining CA Fitness was my love of water based fitness. I am happy to see the pools so well-maintained and look forward to many early morning walks this summer.

Thus far, I prefer the Elk Grove location over the Laguna location. Better management, especially in communication and follow-up. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding the Laguna location concerns I addressed via email in May 2025. Elk Grove offers many options in group fitness classes and VTL. Trainers great in both locations.
