I was called personally by Nusha after I had requested more simply yoga classes. The classes have been hard to get into because they are overly full. The call back from Nusha showed me the caring of the management concerning customer service. Nusha took the time to explain what is being done to remedy the situation. I very much appreciate this level of great customer service! I love belonging to a gym community that shows caring for their customers on a personal level.

In shape is a good gym. The classes are great. The only complaint I would have is that the pool is not consistently clean. People come in the pool with their shoes. They come and rinse off after sitting in the sauna or steam room. Also it's filled with sand and geese fly in there. It's pretty disgusting.
