I really like this gym1 I moved from Crunch fitness to In-shape and it is a huge upgrade, I used to pay $38 at crunch and I only pay a little more and I unlock more space, a lot of gyms and pools. I love the way this gym is also formatted.

I am enjoying the aqua classes, but wonder why we can’t enjoy the outdoor pool??? Classes should have priority, in my opinion. The one free swimmer can wait until class is finished, use other pool or come back later. Surely the 20-30 swimmers in the class take precedence!

I enjoy the outdoor pool. I enjoy the Aqua classes given by Sue and Tess. The Zumba classes given by Lauren and San are awesome. Edna’s Strength and Restore Yoga classes are essential.

What a wonderful gym! I came here during the pandemic but think I will be coming more often in the future. Two excellent aqua classes. All the facilities were in perfect condition and clean. (My home gym is Concord and this is true maybe 50% of the time). The pool was warm and the class members were friendly to me as a newcomer. I did not use any of the other facilities, but the pools are both excellent and everyone was friendly and kind. I look forward to coming back, even though it is a long drive from Concord--it was WORTH IT.

The staff is great ! I’ve always been greated and the cleaning guy is always so nice and welcoming as well. The morning crew is awesome. Only at the Dover location.
