You have friendly staff, pretty good weight equipment that's maintained very well. You do not have the category of: what I do not like about In Shape FF/ Dover. 1. The Men's showers have faulty faucets, very old and many of them are loose. 2. Showers rarely have HOT water. 3. Those handles also are loose and seem to be very old style looking. 4. Sink faucets also are old and out of date looking.
