Excellent gym! Hands down, the best in Fairfield. Friendly staff, clean & folded towels, clean locker room & always kept high and tight. Worth my money and time with inflation and the cost of everything being high right now. I always look forward to my work outs at this facility. Keep up the excellent work! 👊🏽

I enjoy the convenience of in shape but I do think the showers in the women’s locker room need updates. One door doesn’t lack and the title and grout do need a thorough cleaning

I use the pool for laps, bring my grandchildren, take chair yoga, use the bike trainer, use the circuit resistance machines. Want to start Pilates and using the hot tub. Sometimes I walk to the gym. It’s next to a grill with a view of a golf course. It’s a good value.
