I have been coming here since 2000. Put my membership on hold when covid started and just rejoined. overall, the club is great. However, my recent visit I came to use the pool. The front desk had 3 individuals behind the counter. I asked for a towel and said they were out. Walked into the men's dressing room. The towel basket was full. Took a shower and walked to the pool, came back 45 minutes later took a shower, walked out of the men's room, the basket was Still full. Went home in my wet swimsuit took a shower and dried off. Was very surprised. otherwise, center tennis court needs to be addressed. Clean the mold or repaint? Appearance is everything for a nice club. Otherwise very happy

I love the pool. However I have read online that the heater is broken a good part of the time. The first 2 months of our membership it was not working, and the day we decided to cancel our membership it was repaired. the pool is a big factor in my membership. I cannot swim if its broken, my muscles start to resist. So I would ask please be sure its repaired consistently, its part of our agreement, Thank you. [NAME REMOVED]

Been a long time member. Equipment, placement of exercise rooms, staying up with the trends, cleanliness, staff kindness and very accommodating, site is esthetically beautiful also. Pool is great. Satisfied customer. Evening hours should be extended to 10:00 pm hopefully. Thanks

Great relaxing atmosphere. Low membership. Best Masters swimming pool in the county. Courteous staff behind the front desk. Fair fees. Our club reads more like a country club than a gym. Love the rural setting.

I like that Rancho has a very friendly staff. I like that Rancho has a quieter and calmer atmosphere compared to others. I like that Rancho is always clean. I like that Rancho has pickleball courts. Few things I would love to see change or added: 1. Redo the pickleball courts- no double lines (tennis and pickleball). Just have designated pickleball court lines only. 2. Renovate and add bathrooms- if possible. 3. Add racket ball courts. 4. Add misters if possible to the tennis or pickleball courts for hot days.

I like tennis USTA league, yoga class, stationary bicycle & pool & sauna. Also, I like that they have ice available for water bottles. It is a family club and some of the friendships go back decades. It is kept reasonably clean. Thanks.
