Started the aqua fit class. Really enjoyed both classes I've been to so far. Gym seems very clean and nice people.

I love that the staff are so nice. The place is always clean. I do wish that they would repair the many treadmills that are out of service.

It’s a neighborhood club feeling with many programs in the morning. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. My concern is the pool which has had its problems with regulating the chlorine and other chemicals throughout the months. My other concern is there’s no posting about lap Lane etiquette if you are going to swim laps or if you’re going to do water walking in the pool. The lanes should be for swimming laps and not for walking or wading if others are waiting to do laps.

Great staff and clean equipment. I’m especially a fan of the pool and steam room, that’s kept up really well.

Convenient, would like to see them do upgrades in the Carmichael facility. Specifically window coverings in the mat area. It gets very warm and sunny there.
