The yoga instructor, Ulla was fabulous and really enjoyed her appealing presentation as she guided us through such thoughtful, mindful, diverse yoga poses and flows that provided optimum relaxation and muscle tension release as she offered a wonderful peaceful environment for class participants to partake in so eloquently.

Love the friendly staff and am excited to try the aquarium class. The yoga instructors, except Kelly, talk too much during the classes!!! So much so that I am looking for other type of class at Carmichael or other location. Kelly does an amazing job! She talks you through the pose then is quiet while you work the pose. Her substitutes talk all through the class. Also, they do not offer modifications should you need them. Just please have them stop talking all through the class!! I go for physical and mental relaxation and talking the whole class does not help me meet my work out goals. Thank you!

Go there for years, daily morning workout, sauna, steam, jacquzzi, shower. Locker room & bathroom clean most always. Good GM & crew. Friendly atmosphere. Many classes & special training for any level. Pool available for water exercising. close to home!

Please more Aqua Fit classes at Carmichael. We only have Sunday and Monday. Some people can't drive all over two counties to get the classes. Thanks.

They were extremely helpful in showing us where everything was. The locker rooms so clean you could eat lunch in there I wouldn't but you could. The steam room controls on the outside of the sauna so that you yourself can decide how hot. The pool so clean and refreshing. We loved everything about it and will definitely come back
