Friendly Receptionists, excellent Barre Fusion (Jessica) classes, and Strength (Katherine) classes! Nice retail (clothing and athletic gear) at the Carmichael location. And great pool and hydro-therapy tub (both outdoors)!

I love that this loci’s geared towards teens and adults. It allows me to relax and get my workout routine done without worrying too much. The only thing I wish this location had was more class options. Currently, there’s only a few. It would be nice to have a more of a variety of classes at different times.

Since I don't take any classes, I don't really connect with staff or other members. I just do my own workout and go home! (I probably could use some instruction!) But at my age (86) I am just happy to be able to "drive to the gym" and workout! [NAME REMOVED]
