I’ve been visiting this location because I attend the aqua class, however I got disappointed when they decreased the number of evening classes. Other than that I am happy with the service staff and the facilities.

The thing I like most is the very friendly staff. I have not experienced any of them ever being in a bad mood or having a bad day. They are always very friendly and it seems they all love their jobs. I think this is the most important thing with any business people deal with. I have had trouble with my locker not working right and have had to have a staff member help me getting back into my locker after my workout. They were all very happy to help me and I finally learned what I was doing wrong. Also....every time I leave the gym I always get a "Have a good evening" or a "take care" from a staff member. The entire building is clean and well cared for and I cannot say anything negative about the In-Shape of Carmichael.

Been with both CalFit and In shape since 1999. Raised a family while attending. Fair Oaks is where my wife swims and in the past we attended Yoga classes. I find the workout environment is good and people mostly treat each other with respect.

The employees at Carmichael In-Shape are awesome and very friendly. I have only been going for the last few weeks. But so far so good. I really enjoy our choice going with In-Shape.

I love the way my skin feels when I regularly use the sauna! After taking the kids to school I enjoy working out at the Carmichael club. This facility does not have a kids club. I've only seen grown ups at the pool and hot tub.The personal trainer, Mimi is friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable even through I have not used her services yet.

i DON'T HAVE MUCH CONNECTION WITH THE STAFF. THEY DON'T SEEM TOO INTERESTED IN CONNECTING WITH CLIENTS. YEARS AGO, WITH A DIFFERENT STAFF, I HAD MUCH MORE CONTACT WITH THE STAFF. They would come by and ask: how is everything going? etc. Can I help? That does not happen now.
