Nice facility. Do not have to wait too long for machines. Women's locker room is small but clean. Sauna is good. All in all I'm satisfied. Plus it's close to my house.

I enjoyed the AquaFit class I took on Saturday with Christina. She was encouraging and gave specific Instructions. At the same time she encouraged everyone to modify the exercise to suit their needs. The gym and the women’s locker room was clean as was the sauna.

I have worked out at many different In Shape Clubs and Floyd is hands down my favorite. It's not even close. The club is laid out nicely, something for everyone no matter your age, your size or your fitness level. What makes the difference is the people. It starts at the top with Jessica the General Manager. She is a hard working girl who is all over that club, making sure everything is clean and in working order. I also really love Sharol who is at the front desk, Rene who is an awesome employee and Berto who keeps things running smoothly on Sundays. I love the Zumba classes! There are some incredibly gifted instructors, Liza, KP, Michelle, Rosemary, Jennifer and Odalys. If you want a fun workout, take a Zumba class. Well done In Shape Floyd!

I love the Zumba classes. The variety of instructors and various styles of dance are appreciated! Although it would be dramatically improved if there were a couple huge fans in the group fitness rooms. It is so uncomfortable during an hour long high cardio session. The ceiling fan and air conditioner are just insufficient.

The facility is clean. The staff is attentive. The parking lot is very tight, but there seems to be enough turnover of clients that it works out. So far, I'm just taking classes. The equipment available is in good shape.
