Machines, classes, etc. are great. Its roomy and light and comfortable. Unfortunately some negatives: It does seem like since the take over of In shape from CFF the gym is dirtier. The bathrooms are gross, the bottom of the pool is filthy most of the time. Also wish there were more classes being offered outside of work hours. I can't attend most of them. Otherwise the gym is great

InShape provides a nice, functional atmosphere for my workouts. It provides trainers who care and have knowledge. The equipment is just what I need almost always in working order. The water areas (pools, spa, sauna) are just what I need. The locker rooms are maintained and clean. Extending the hours would be nicer, especially on weekends.
