I like the atmosphere. Perople are friendly and helpful. They are not generally pretentious and are approachable if I need help or encouragement. I worked with Chandler, my trainer who taught me how to use the equipment and he held me accountable for my workout. He has changed how I approach working out. Now, I do weights at the gym and do my cardio outside.

Local, close to home. Problems are mainly people staying on equipment playing with cellphones. I am there to get a good workout. There appears to be no policy on phones on the workout area. Staff is friendly!
