It is more upscale. I like having coffee available in the mornings. We get towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. I like the heated outside pool and the swimsuit dryer. The bathroom also has mouthwash and Qtips with hair dryers. There are massage beds and chairs. Steam room and sauna is less crowded than most gyms, but most people go in with their shoes on which causes it to be unsanitary and the staff doesn't enforce the rules.

The staff is pretty friendly. The only problem I have is that people are very disrespectful about cleaning up after themselves. Leaving towels and stuff around. For others to navigate around. Rude.

Lots of of equipment and variety. Areas are clean with cleaning disinfectants for equipment and hands within easy access. Staff are always availabe to assist members and are very helpful and respectful. Well ventilated and temperature controlled areas. Adequate shower, toilet areas and lockers.

Great staff who work at the Seven Oaks In-Shape location. Large variety of equipment (cardio and strength) to meet my physical goals. Amenities such as the sauna, steam room, pool and spa offer members additional options that are not available at many traditional gyms. Staff who work there are always very welcoming and accommodative. On a scale from 1 to 10......This gym is an 11!!!

Always greeted, love the assistance on my app when it's acting slow. Really enjoy the towels and cleanliness. Staff is always helpful, the pool is always beautiful

Eric is an excellent Personal Trainer for his expertise, his ability to explain and impart that to his clients, his personality and his encouragement to push just a little bit more but never to excess. Now that those sessions are over, I look forward to continuing by myself knowing that I can ask questions whenever I see him. Other staff members have always been friendly and helpful. Parking is a problem at certain times of the day, but a space is always available even if at a distance.
