I like how I’m greeted by a friendly face at the front counter. Like they know you. Then they say goodbye as I walk out the door. Not like other gyms that are supposedly open 24hrs. Ive heard you can walk right by them and they don’t even notice.

Silver STRENGTH CLASS I like to starting 10 am Most class start 8 am too early Pocket fitness 9 am but too ppl grab spots 8 am full room I like greenhaven schedule 10 am perfect class Wish bond and Laguna elk grove have more times for seniors class

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only comment I would make is that I would like to see more 3 and 4 lbs weights available in the group fitness room.

This club has all the exercise classes I need. It is a VERY clean club, and the attendants are always so helpful!
