the In-Shape facility in Greenhaven is the area's BEST KEPT SECRET .. it's the ONLY reason I rated it at 9-STARS .. I don't want EVERYONE to know about the place. It's a quaint place where, at least when I go .. 5AM group on weekdays (M-F) .. the participants show up to "work out" ... versus there to "be seen". The group shows up ... does their workouts .. no fuss ... no 15-25 minutes of socializing (talking or on their cell phones via IG, FB, X or TickTok). I only wish they'd open at 5AM on weekends (I'd do that), like in the old-days. OHHH ... Kudos to the morning crew ... Jude, Diego, and the guys that get the place ready so early in the morning. The facility is always spotless .. they TRY to keep all the sanitation stations filled with wipes/towels/cleaner .. (something that the night crews SHOULD keep an eye on)??

Always a comfortable experience, from check in greetings to the clean locker rooms.. I have seen the manager, Antonio, mop the locker room TWICE in a 4 hour period while I was working out ! The staff is genuine, and always willing to be of help...

The In Shape in Greenhaven is the cleanest gym out of them all. I’ve never been to a gym where the staff cleans so often and efficiently. Eazy, Jasmyne, Jude, Diego, really all the staff does a great job going above and beyond with the cleanliness and members experience.
