I like the zumba and body pump classes. There is a problem with body pump. The mats are deteriorating and there are too few of them.

Wide variety of equipment available. A friendly and knowledgeable staff to help & answer questions. The area & machines are kept clean. It’s Great to see all the new equipment at our hammer & Kelley drive location. It would be nice if the club had someone that could walk around the workout areas and help those who are not using the equipment correctly. I am surprised more people don’t injure Themselves because no took the time to show them the proper way to use the equipment.

I just want to say how much I love working out at In-Shape. The gym is always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It truly feels like my second home! I feel comfortable, motivated, and supported every time I walk in. I’ve already recommended it to my friends—thank you for creating such a great fitness environment!

I wasn't able to log in with my new phone but the gentleman at the counter patiently work with me until we got the problem solve. I don't know the gentleman's name but it was on July 8, 2025 about 5:20 in the evening. Worker was very helpful.
