Great gym. I visited Sacramento from Virginia for a few weeks. Got a membership here to try it out. The place is located in downtown Sacramento and is surprisingly not very busy and not crowded. There are five floors. The lowest floor has plenty of lockers (they provide an electronic lock for you), saunas, showers, bathrooms, sinks, and hair care/grooming stations. There are also some machine weights downstairs and two cardio movie rooms where you can watch movies while doing cardio on a few cardio machines. The ground level/first floor has a few snacks for sale and a lot of free weights (barbells and dumbells), more machine weights, and some stretching areas. There is a terrace second floor that has some abdominal equipment, abdominal machines, and more cardio machines. The third floor has a lot of stuff for legs (machine weights, free weights, and cardio machines), some upper body machines, and a punching bag. There is also a large cardio calisthenics room with moveable floor pads, blocks, floor steps, and other stuff. The fourth floor has a pool table, indoor lounge area with mini kitchen (with all the doors locked, seemingly meaning the kitchen area is rentable), and a nice outdoor rooftop basketball court and lounge area. I've been told the fourth floor is rentable for private parties (e.g. Superbowl parties, etc) and it would be good for such. There are large TV screens, water fountains, hand sanitizer dispensers, and numerous mirrors on every floor. Membership comes with free parking at a parking garage right next door (well, the first 90 minutes are free, then it's $2 dollars for the next hour after that, but you can leave the gym, go get your car, drive out of the parking garage, and immediately go back in for a fresh free 90 minutes. Most of my workouts are less than 90 minutes so it's basically free parking for me). Overall, the place is clean, not crowded, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Other people in the gym were just peacefully doing their thing. My experience at this gym has been phenomenal and for all of these reasons I rate it as 5 stars. It's an excellent gym in a convenient location, with great staff and patrons. If in the Sacramento area, I highly recommend this gym, especially if you are in or near the downtown area.

Spaceice sauna & Steam room is best in Sacramento CA area. Clean and other eminites are on good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great supervisor too!

I understand that cleanliness is important and I agree! But it seems that there could be a better time to clean the steam room and such other than middle of the day when people are trying to use the facilities. Otherwise I always have a good experience at the is location. Thanks!
