I understand that cleanliness is important and I agree! But it seems that there could be a better time to clean the steam room and such other than middle of the day when people are trying to use the facilities. Otherwise I always have a good experience at the is location. Thanks!

I was greeted with a big smile in the front desk area nice I entered the Gym. Mariya was kind and helpful. She gave me a tour of the Gym since it was my first time being there and had all the answers to my questions in regards to my membership account. The Gym was organize and clean. I would definitely recommend my family and friends over to the Inshape K Street location anytime!

Staff was super friendly answering few questions about getting a friend a membership. Thank you! Like theres separate mens and womens sauna and steam. I like the darker 2nd level which can offer some quieter secluded stretching, machines... but seems like area could get a rearranging to freshen it up and add more open spaces possibly...just a thought. Ive noticed at other inshapes they may use a pleasant air freshner in some zones that are high traffic. Great studio, keep up the good work and lokking forward to hopefully later nights durimg summeerr
