Travis the assistant manager here at my gym location in Lodi California went above and beyond fixing our technical account issues/error we had since the merger happened from California fitness. I absolutely love this gym ALL of the staff members are always very kind and helpful and always have a genuine smile and encouragement for us all who attend this gym. It appears that the rules have changed for the better in the last 20 years about the dress code. It appears to be a welcoming environment now for all body types and fitness levels , 20 years ago , I felt like I had to lose weight first in order to go the Hammer Lane location. I am very please that In-shape offers dance type studio classes .

Excellent staff and clean facility. I'm older and unfortunately experienced numerous injuries over the years. I only use the sauna, no more weight training, when I go to the club. The sauna works great, WHEN ITS ON, but unfortunately some, or at least one of the employees, turns the sauna OFF at night, which results in a wasted trip to the gym for me. I went there tonight and the sauna was OFF again. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the employee(s) turns the sauna OFF. I know it's not just me who enjoys the sauna, I counted at least 15 other members coming in and out of the sauna during the wasted 40(10:10pm-10:50pm) minutes I sat in there, hoping to take in whatever heat that was left. I have informed at least 2 day "managers" of the ongoing issue of the sauna being turned OFF at night and was told this issue would be addressed. I guess I will continue to ask the employee if they can turn the sauna ON, as I did tonight. I'm not going to submit a poor review, like I stated above, the staff overall has been great and management does a great job ensuring the facility is clean!
