This is an excellent gym. While smaller and with some of the less frills than other locations, such as a pool etc., this place is fantastic for being very clean and accessible. Working out here feels like a private gym experience.

I love this gym and go after dropping the kids off to school. They provide me my daily dose of kindness and love. With it being summer I have been unable to go and I miss I it. When school resumes next month I will be back and am excited to return.

The staff is exceptional, They are very friendly, courteous, try their best to acknowledge you by name(not sure how they do that really!?). They do their best to make you feel welcome and the place is well kept. Can’t say enough about my In Shape family here. I want to keep this place a secret, but I also have to give accolades where it counts so if the secret comes out than it’s well deserved here.
