Start to wonder lack of friendly interaction and knowledge of the Inshape enrollment process, every time I have an issue with my account no competent service or real explanation I always have to depend on the corporate portal to resolve my issues or concerns.
happy to have the pool back .Young African American young man at the front desk was so nice and helpful when I rejoined the club . Only complaint is if you have Silver Sneakers you have to go to Hammer Club in a very unsafe area in town.

I was at the March Lane gym regarding the activation of my account. Alanah the GM was quick to help me regarding my charges and and making sure I received my credit. She was very helpful and explained how everything to me. I haven't been there in a while but your new GM is great.

I love the massage machine have no problem making a reservation i like the new dry sauna they remodel it and it much bigger but at times it's pretty pack the last two.days I was able to use it and it reminded me how much I have missed it. Why are some of the lockers.are on reserve it should be first come first serve base

Employee Robin is an excellent employee, if any problems arises, she's on top of it. You never have to ask her twice, she's always working and doing her job. She keeps the women's locker stocked.
