I always enjoy working out at this club. It is clean, the equipment is always is good working condition and there is something for everyone no matter your age or physical condition. I only had one issue that happened Tuesday. A 9am Zumba class was scheduled, I had made a reservation along with several other members. 9 o'clock came and no instructor. One member went to the front desk to ask if the class had been canceled and was told they weren't sure what had happened. Usually we receive an email letting members know that the class was canceled, or it is posted on the app. It sounded like the communication had not been sent to the members. It is always appreciated when we no that a class was canceled.
