My In Shape Gym has been part of my life since 1980s. The pools and spa are excellent. The gym has classes I would like to attend(Cycling). There are abundant weights and machines so I can complete my workouts according to my plan. The manager(Michelle and her employees do a fantastic job running the club.

Employees go out of their way to assist guests. The facility is very clean. Equipment is maintained and safety for guests is observed!!!👍🏽
