Please put a 2nd paper towel dispenser in the men's locker room!! (there was two before the remodel). Thanks so much for remodeling the men's locker room... but Thanks so much for repairing pickleball courts!!! If the pickleball courts on the other side of the building get redone, and lights are put in, maybe we could have tournaments?? Also, the staff is ALLWAYS very helpful and respectful!! Von Goodin

I lost my car key yesterday and I was really stressed throughout the process. The front staff were empathetic and even helped me retrace my steps to help me look for my key. I did not locate them and requested if they can review cameras. I left my name and number and was contacted by Desirae (sorry if I misspelled). She requested for time slots, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She stated she was leaving early but would work on it. Unfortunately the cameras did not show where I left my key and if someone accidentally grabbed them. She kept my information and said she call if someone turned them in. She called me about 30-45 min later and told me someone turned them in. It was a huge relief. I appreciate her and her staffs effort to help me get my keys. Thank you In-Shape staff!!

The friendly greeting I get every time I enter the gym and the friendly "have a great day", "see you tomorrow" when I leave. The continuous effort to keep the premises clean. The upgrades, two new weight rooms and the remodeled locker rooms. My only complaint is not for the staff but for those who do not return the weights to the rack when finished.
