I like how there’s a sauna for men, another for the ladies. The upgrade was great; more equipment. I think the prices should go up to make it more exclusive.

Heated lap pool , kind staff, towels, nice bathrooms, and lockers, 29 min. circuit, and the variety of classes offered. In-Shape is family friendly for all ages, and senior citizen friendly.You don’t have to look like you live in a gym to stay healthy. All body types and people on a journey towards good health together. Come as you are, and become a better self.
