There's a lot of room and usually a good amount of machines available. This gym is nothing like the other gyms so if you have issues with any other gym I suggest trying this one.

I appreciate the variety that comes with this gym. I have had nothing but good experiences and friendly faces behind the desk welcoming me as I enter. I always feel comfortable and confident to get a good workout in when I arrive. The only thing in my opinion that needs an upgrade are the stretching mats, they are a bit ripped up.

I love this club for its wonderful and friendly staff, equipment, and vibe. Specifically, Shirley Segura, who in my opinion is a ray of sunshine. She has such a positive and exuberant attitude. She greets me every time with such an energy and remembers my name which shows her dedication to her work. Not to mention, she takes the time to ask how my day is going and truly cares about all the club members. I always see Shirley taking the initiative with other club members and just seems to know everyone that walks in. She leads with such care and compassion while always being dependable and reliable. Shirley is the best decision In-Shape has ever made.

I had a complaint on the last survey I submitted. I received a call from the evening assistant manager, unfortunately I cannot recall her name. She took the time to listen to my concerns and told me exactly what steps she will take to try and rectify this issue. I felt heard and I truly appreciated her sharing her actions on how to try and solve this problem. She did an excellent job. I couldn’t be more happy with her efforts.
