In-Shape is a great place to workout. Love the environment, classes offered and the amenities. Sadly, at times, things break down, but they are pretty quick to fix it. Wish I could have more classes offered in the evenings because of my work schedule but love this gym! People are super friendly and always willing to help.

I think Raul is a great manager and runs a great Gym! I live in Monterey closer to the Gold's Gym, but I prefer to drive to Seaside to workout instead because the equipment is better maintained at In-Shape. Nothing is ever broken. The staff cares about cleanliness as well and they make sure to vacuum and clean off the equipment regularly. In-Shape is also more cost effective than other gyms. So, it's really the obvious choice. I just wish you were located closer to my house in Monterey! The staff is friendly to interact with and they have a great music selection. Thank you In-Shape staff :)

I work at a place where they call me two hours in advance when they're busy, but In Shape allows me to cancel a class reservation without any hassle. Thank you so much for allowing cancellations on short notice.
