I like having access to Group Classes...Body Pump - Lindsay and Strength - Gia What I don't like -What I wish was cleaned more often is the Floor of the Group Exercise Room...it's dirty much of the time...very unhealthy condition, and the hand sanitizer unit in the room either does not work or is not filled regularly...it's been that way for weeks/months.

I like working out here. It has all the things i need and more. Gym staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a gym cat too for boosting morale before entering gym🤣. Not many places have that. People here are open to conversations, no bad vibes; love working out here. My recommendations would be to however add the twister machine to end love handles, the belly fat on the sides. The one on demaree has it. Went there once bec sauna here wasnt working. Would love to have that machine, & more chest butterfly machine. There are 2 but i rarely everrrrr get the chance to use it. But other than that, my experience here has always been good.

I love that the gym is clean, and well lit. The staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Their app has come a long ways and I feel it is more user friendly. Making a reservation is quick and easy. Thanks In-Shape!

I HAVE BEEN WITH IN SHAPE FOR A FEW YEARS...I LIKE TO SWIM...THEY HAVE A NICE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOL AND A SPA, SAUNA. STEAM ROOM....SO ALL IS VERY HEALTHY AND RELAXING. THEY ARE A CLEAN AND FRIENDLY HEALTH CLUB...I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU, RON

I have been a member here for many years. This is a well-equipped gym. As a whole, the facility has plenty of space. It offers different sections, such as a stretch area, the abdominal area, the cardio area and my favorite, the free weight area, just to name a few. There are free weights and machines throughout the facility, as well as televisions to watch while working out. They are also constantly up gradating the equipment and if a machine just happens to break, it is back up and running again in no time, thanks to a well skilled maintenance man. The men's locker room is kept clean and is everything you would expect a locker room to be, including a convenient lounge corner with table, chairs and a big screen TV. I'm sure the women's and family locker rooms are also well kept. Every time I enter the facility, I am greeted with a smiling faced person who is welcoming, friendly and polite. The manager, Janet, always makes time to listen to any concerns, suggestions or just to ask how your day is going. The support staff, Mary, Moa, Veronica and all others are extremely attentive and kind. The space available, the equipment, the cleanliness and the staff at this facility has had me as a member for a very long time.
