Staff is friendly, the facility is clean and in good repair. The other members are generally very considerate. Even the cleanliness in the bathrooms has improved recently and when some pads on some equipment gets worn, they get fixed fairly quickly. Also +1 on the return of the disposable wipes for the equipment...big, big difference and it's much appreciated. Keep up the outstanding work because it makes In Shape a great place.

Not only is the Napa location the most ideal regarding equipment variety and amenities, but the incredibly friendly and helpful staff make every workout session worthwhile. There is always someone ready to answer any question you may have with high levels of expertise. I would definitely recommend this gym and location to anyone on the hunt for a new membership.
