Awesome gym, love the layout/design and esp 2 pools, love the hot tub, always clean, a big selling point for me too is wet and dry saunas. Also really like the classes!! Massage chairs are a big plus too. Manager is friendly and nice

Great gym. Great staff. Great maintenance and cleaning crews. I’m moving and was going to continue my membership but the in-shape near my new house is grimmy. I canceled day one. Sad but I’ll miss Napa!

Clean facility, lots of space, helpful staff Only con: really need to enforce sauna rules. I’m regularly seeing women bring in shoes into the sauna, place legs onto the bench with shoes on and also lack of clothing while in the sauna.

I like the early hours and the great staff. I like the weight machines, though people sitting on the machines scrolling their phones for extended times is very annoying. I wish that there were enough mats, bands and bolsters in each studio so I didn’t have to run around looking for things. I’m have an early work schedule so have to get in and out in a specific amount of time.

I am pleased day lockers with personal locks week after week as if they were a reserved licker have been removed. More reserved lockers have been added to the original reserved lockers. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their health.
