I like the office staff; they are very helpful and especially the workout staff are amazing. They have the best attitude ever. They want you to succeed at your best goals. I like that I can sign up for a class online as well. The gym is clean and someone is onsite cleaning all the time. It's not just a gym to go workout it's a lifestyle rather you're young or old. I have met some amazing people there, and when you older and stay all alone it very good for your mentality. They also have payment plans that can work just about for anybody, and they will call me if I haven't been going. They treat you like family. Oh yes and plenty of parking space.

I like how In-Shape has equipment for every type of workout. Whether I’m doing cardio, strength training, or recovery work, everything I need is always available and well maintained.

Variedad de maquinas, muy buena dotación de equipos, encuentro muchas maquinas disponibles para mis diferentes entrenos También hay muchos puntos de limpieza donde puedes acceder a elementos para limpiar las maquinas antes y después de cada ejercicio. Llevo un mes y hasta el momento todo me ha parecido 10 puntos estoy muy contenta con el cambio que hice de gym. Lo único es que las maquinas que se dañan no debieran durar sin ser arregladas por mucho tiempo.

I recently joined In-Shape (Elk Grove - Bond location) with the "Sacramento Area" plan, because I travel around the Sacramento area a lot. I was a member of California Family Fitness through the beginning of 2020, and I used to go to that Natomas location often when it was CFF. I had read some pretty harsh on-line reviews of the Natomas location (on Google Maps), but I thought I would give it a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by the club. It was clean and it had all the equipment available that I needed for my leg day. Sometimes I have to wait awhile for a squat rack or one of the machines I use, but I didn't have to at Natomas that day. i left thinking I would definitely come back.
