I take the eater aerobics class, and I love it! The teachers are the best! The water could be a little bit warmer. The staff are caring and efficient. The gym is clean and orderly. Supplements, drinks and heathy snacks are available which make it convenient. The only thing I don't like is the rewards program. There used to be same prizes that were attainable unlike the trip incentives.

First off the facility is clean, there is staff always checking each area frequently and address any issue they may find. The staff is friendly and ready to assist when / if needed. Reported issues are addressed immediately. There is exercise programs for each clients preference, 'my favorite is Aqua fit'. For me the cost of membership is reasonable. InShape has a lot to offer to meet each individual exercise reigeam as well as multiple membership plans making it affordable.
