I like the swimming pool. I swim laps in your pool. One mile per visit, three days a week (M-W-F). It takes me approx. 55 minutes to complete one mile. I swim a total of 36 laps alternating between freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke. I started swimming regularly last April and to date have completed 136 miles. I have lost approx. 26 lbs and feel great. It is a great stretching exercise and makes my 70+ year old body feel young again.
