I remember the old Circuit City electronics store being the facility that is currently the In-Shape West Palmdale facility. I joined In-Shape when it first opened and have always had a great time especially with the staff over the years... The current staff at In-Shape West Palmdale have always exceeded whatever standards that typical clubs offer. Asha's leadership ensures her staff reflects this mentality and discipline to provide the club members the highest satisfaction possible when visiting the facility. There are a variety of classes that are offered with instructors who reflect the standards of the leadership. Many of the instructors are qualified to teach multiple courses which makes class cancellations almost unheard of at this facility. Like any club, machines and equipment do wear out, and need service/repair which create times when equipment may be down. This is a result of the high levels of clientele constantly frequenting this facility which reflects members enjoying the club and this is a good problem. This is also why machines are rapidly repaired in such instances. One of the main reasons for the high usage of the In-Shape West Palmdale is not just the location but again the quality of the staff interfacing with the members and even moreso the staff who interface with the children utilizing the Kids Zone. I have a young daughter who has frequented the kids zone often and always has a great time with the staff. They ensure the kids are safe and are quick to resolve issues if any arise. Their personal effort to know all of the kid's names and personalities is more than many clubs do. This is critical because member's who have children see the kid's zone as the highest priority when it comes to membership services. The staff does a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. It would be great if In Shape headquarters could use the Palmdale West In-Shape as their flagship facility.

The free weights, cables, and a few machines. I fell this location needs more equipment especially more leg extension and leg curl machines. Also, you should extend the second floor over the weight and cardio area.

it's well maintained and has plenty of good equipment. I regularly use the lap pool and I like the reservation system they use. When I set a reservation I know that lane will be open for me at that time. It prevents overcrowding.
