I appreciate the staff's assistance with any questions I have regarding how to use all of the equipment at the facility. I also have been working with Bryan one of the trainers there and he has been very helpful in getting me on track to meet my fitness goals/ The facility also has some great equipment and workout areas the help me get a well-rounded workout throughout the week.

In-Shape is great. I do love coming here. The employees are really nice and attentive. When I walk in I always hear someone say Hi have a great workout and when I walk out I always hear someone say thank you see you tomorrow. It’s nice to know they actually acknowledge you. I was at 24 hrs in Lancaster and the employees I’m sorry sucked. They never addressed you never spoke to you heck they never even looked up at me they were on their phones. I hated that. In-Shape you guys rock.

In Shape is near my home. Parking is sufficient. Staff are courteous. There are available trainers if needed. Various classes available. I enjoy the aqua classes. Exercise equipment are sufficient. Open Long hours daily. In shape in several locations.
