The heloful friendly staff....supportive and always acknowledges members as they enter and leave. Excellent classes! I only attend classes and I love it! Inshaoe is my happy place. The only downside is I have ti set alatms to register for classes. I wish they would make the room bigger so it woukdnt be so hard to get into the class.

I came to do Jess's Saturday strength. All her classes are fantastic. Is consistently challenging. Love that she changes up the workout each time too. Never repetitious.
