As a long time valued member, I appreciate the caring and friendly staff who greet me every visit, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere. The club is always clean and lot of effort to keep the bathroom clean. Lately I have noticed the additional staff on hand, which has improved customer service and making it easier to get assistance.

The staff at In Shape , Porterville is fabulous—- friendly, welcoming, competent and encouraging. I wish I could say the same for the facility and equipment. I am guessing the fixes require permissions beyond what the local manager is empowered to do. The facility is in need of repair and updating—in the ladies locker room faucets, handicapped toilet and locks on toilet partitions need to be fixed or replaced. Although there are some new treadmills—thank you—-, there are a number of other treadmills, weight machines and ellipticals that need attention. On Sunday nearly all tv’s were dark. I do hope attention to this gym is in the works!! I have been a member since the day it opened.and greatly value the fitness opportunity it offers.

On-site staff at In-Shape in Porterville are terrific. Recently, Ashley was particularly helpful. Good air conditioning, good machines, lots of TVs.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They don’t tell me things unless within reason. Enjoy doing the exercises at my pace, judgement free, that gives me peace of mind with the activities. Love coming here and how much confidence I have with the workouts.

Staff are very nice. Plenty various exercise equipment to use. Pool for water exercise. And a Jacuzzi for our muscles it’s clean and I like what I get for what I pay for.
